Challenge: Baseball Factory needed to find a way to integrate technology into their existing business model. They had conducted research into developing smarter ways for players to train under stress, and wanted to translate that into an App that could be used to reach new potential customers across the country.
Solution: Working with app developer Mobomo, JK Squared helped Factory turn their research and in-house training methodology into an app designed to teach kids how to perform better under pressure. We helped with the gamification, content collection and general architecture, and developed an app that’s truly unique in the space.
Results: Over 2,500 downloads in the first month, reaching players all over the globe. Plus, the app immediately helped drive players to sign up for live Baseball Factory events, monetizing the technology investment.
