Reviewing the Vision/Traction Organizer™

We review your current Vision/Traction Organizer™ to understand the foundation of your business, including your Core Values, Core Focus™, 10-Year Target™, Marketing Strategy, and 3-Year Picture™.

This helps clarify where the company is going, what matters most, and where alignment or execution gaps may exist.

This includes up to five discovery conversations with members of your leadership team, followed by a collaborative review session. Together, we identify your highest-leverage opportunities and translate them into practical next steps, including prioritized Rocks, a functioning Scorecard, and a structured Level 10 Meeting™ cadence.

Fractional Integration (Ongoing)

After the Road Map is complete, JK Squared can serve as your ongoing Fractional Integrator.

In this role, we help run the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, drive Rock and To-Do accountability, maintain Visionary/Integrator alignment, and help resolve issues before they become recurring obstacles.

The engagement is reviewed and adjusted every 90 days to match your team's evolving needs.
